International Outreach and Development Regional Specialist

Location: Brazil/Mexico


Fieldwork Education is looking to recruit an International Outreach and Development Regional Specialist to collaborate with schools across the Americas region.

As a member of our International Outreach and Development team, we are looking for a self-driven talented individual, with attention to detail and familiarity of working with CRM systems to support schools around the world seeking to learn and teach with our International Curriculum.


The role:

We seek a talented, qualified and experienced Regional Specialist to:​​​​​​​

  • Deliver the Fieldwork Education targets of new schools accessing International Curriculum subscriptions.
  • Achieve targets for new schools joining our subscribing community.
  • Lead on representing Fieldwork Education at events in the region.
  • Work with the Operations and MarComms team on an in-region events.
  • Drive forward the international representation of the International Curriculum to schools and wider education community in the region.
  • Support the lead generation of the Fieldwork Education range of International Curriculum.


The Successful Candidate will possess:

  • Degree level qualification (Essential)
  • PGCE/Teaching qualification (Desirable)
  • Sales/customer experience in education sector (Essential)
  • Experience of teaching in or working in schools in an international context (Essential)
  • Experience of growing a business customer base in multiple countries (Desirable)
  • Knowledge and in-depth experience of the key growth markets that Fieldwork Education has at present (Desirable)
  • Experience of delivering new business training (Desirable)
  • Working in remote locations (Desirable)
