Programme officer

 Location: Home based with 2 or more meetings in the Oxford or London areas.

We’re looking to recruit a Programme Officer to support the development of programmes for our schools as well as professional development opportunities for our colleagues both online and face to face. You’ll support your colleagues in the development of online learning opportunities and events as well as developing and leading on bespoke initiatives to increase engagement.

The central support function consists of 150 professionals across Finance, Corporate Development, HR, Marketing, IT, Legal and Education, who each support the continued growth of our more than 75 schools in over 30 countries. Responsibilities include:

  • You’ll develop strong collaborative relationships with other members of the Education Team located in Oxford and London.
  • You’ll develop strong collaborative relationships with our schools and our external partners.
  • You’ll support our professional development strategy, which includes our regular newsletter Connect-Ed.
  • You’ll work on a range of projects in support of the Education Team.
  • You’ll support the development of online programmes such as courses, events and competitions in Global Campus.
  • You’ll support the creation and delivery of professional development opportunities in Nord Anglia University.
  • You’ll support the Education Team in the development and operation of face-to-face events.
  • You’ll develop the technical expertise in the Global Campus and Nord Anglia University platforms required to create, manage and curate content and events.
  • You’ll deliver immediate priorities and plan for future needs.
  • You’ll be focused on continually developing your skills, knowledge and abilities so that you have an up-to-date knowledge of online learning, developing IT skills and can contribute to the success of the team.
