Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Product Manager to join our Education team, sat within the Group Central Support.  

As a member of the central support Education team in our London headquarters location, we are looking for someone to work alongside the Director of Product Development.

The role:

We seek a talented, qualified and experienced product specialist to:

  • Define and develop a product strategy for how Learner Data is managed, leveraged, and delivered across the DNA ecosystem (in close collaboration with the DNA Data Lead). 
  • Define and develop a product strategy for how 3rd party platforms and software tools such as content & curriculum management tools, homework tools, virtual learning platforms, etc can and should best be utilised and integrated into the Digital Nord Anglia (“DNA”) ecosystem, based on the strategic vision of DNA and wider Nord Anglia Education objectives (in close collaboration with the DNA Enabling Tech Lead). 
  • Use analytics and audience research to investigate user behaviour; to establish insight into performance of 3rd party platforms & tools and to use this data to drive ideas, features and product improvements.
  • Monitor, summarise and report analytics and feedback from the user base or audience to measure performance of DNA product. 
  • Continuous improvement of DNA 3rd party product integrations, identifying and prioritising enhancements, communicating them to the business as required. 
  • Build and maintain a 3rd party platforms & tools product roadmap and drive integration backlogs consistent with the DNA's wider strategy. 
  • As a DNA 3rd party platform & tool product moves from discovery to definition, work with engineering teams to create an appropriate delivery strategy. 
  • Work with stakeholders, key technical staff and within governance groups to understand business needs and drivers, and confirm objectives and priorities. 

The Successful Candidate will possess:

  • Proven ability to make decisions based on customer/user research, market research, and/or usage data. 
  • Proven ability to discover, understand and prioritise the needs of a product’s users. 
  • Proven experience of end-to-end digital product delivery. 
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations. 
  • Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures. 
  • Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
