We’re looking to recruit a Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) team, sat within Group Central Support, based in our London headquarters.  This is a maternity cover role - initially for 7 months.  

The central support function consists of 150 professionals across Finance, Corporate Development, HR, Marketing, IT, Legal and Education, who each support the continued growth of our more than 75 schools in over 30 countries. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide appropriate coaching and best practice sharing to school MAC representatives as needed.
  • Work with the Group Head of Brand to develop our brand visual identity; ensuring consistency and quality in all global, regional and school collateral. 
  • Develop and deliver global marketing campaigns to build awareness and consideration of Nord Anglia schools. 
  • Lead specific projects to deliver the global marketing calendar to help communicate our story and the outstanding education delivered within our schools, driving attitude and behaviour change within our target audience. 
  • Lead specific marketing campaigns to raise awareness of Nord Anglia’s global programmes (Juilliard, MIT, UNICEF and Global Campus). 
  • Drive quality and consistency of execution across our family of schools. 
  • Act as a NAE brand guardian ensuring the asset management tool is up to date at all times 
  • Support the MAC integration and transition plans of newly acquired schools from a brand marketing perspective. 
  • Support the team with the implementation of brand transition plans to ensure smooth transition to the Nord Anglia Education family of schools for new builds and acquisition. 

Essential skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 
  • Experience in communications or marketing related positions (agency or client side). 
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement. 
  • Digital and social media savvy. 
  • Hands-on approach to delivery. 
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of the box. 
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong project management skills. 
  • Strong aesthetic eye in evaluating collateral – both in terms of design and in terms of driving effective behaviour change.
