Bucksmore Education is a leading provider of academic short courses for international students of all ages. Established in 1979, Bucksmore has grown rapidly in the past few years, and in ‘non-Covid’ years we would expect to welcome over 3,500 students throughout the year from all over the world.


The Role

The Bucksmore Marketing Officer (BMO) sits within the 5-6 person commercial team, and is responsible for the delivery of all Bucksmore marketing collateral and activity, including the management of digital campaigns to drive direct (non-agent) sales for Bucksmore summer programmes and Bucksmore year-round Home Tuition programmes.

The BMO will contribute to the design and take ownership of all elements of the Bucksmore year-round marketing calendar. This includes production of brochures & extensive offline material; website management; regular social media and online posting; delivery of digital campaigns using an annual budget to drive leads; collection of photos and videos using external agencies; regular engagement with all key external Bucksmore stakeholders: parents, students, agents, and Nord Anglia schools.


The Successful Candidate will possess:

  • Experience working in marketing or advertising
  • Ability to report on consumer engagement with online presence, including tracking of conversion rates and editing content / campaigns accordingly
  • Experience of designing and producing marketing material (online and offline)
  • Experience improving organic search engine performance
  • Intermediate level skill in Adobe package, including InDesign and Premier Pro
