About the role
We are seeking a fully qualified Accounts Receivable with at least 18 months - 2 years experience.
- All Accounts Receivable functions
- Assist in the completion of monthly management accounts – ensure debtors reconcile to Group ledger
- Efficient management of Sales billing (Annual, Termly, periodic, non tuition sales, trip invoices etc), reconciling debtor accounts and ensuring prompt payments
- Raising sales invoices per agreed schedule between Business Manager and Admissions team
- Maintain billing details in ISAMS System, ensure reports are run in ISAMS in order to update finance Navision BC System prior to billing cycles
- Effective debtor management on a continuous basis, report monthly to Business Manager
- Student Trip account management (debtor credits, deposits etc)
- Bank reconciliations
- Petty Cash Reconciliation including offsite cash delivery and lodgement
- Catering Card Management
- Liaising with other departments and suppliers to resolve queries
- Participate in various process improvements initiatives and other ad-hoc projects as defined by the business manager
- Other ad hoc duties to ensure efficiency in finance department (role will overlap with accounts payable so knowledge of both areas will be essential)
This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join this challenging adventure, on a part-time basis working 24 hours per week. This is not a term time role.
Applications are invited from enthusiastic, qualified and experienced candidates. As a qualified Accounts Technician or Part Qualified Accountant you will be a fluent English speaker, ideally with strong Accounts Receivable experience including use of Excel, Navision, ISAMS, MS Office.
You will be a team player with a meticulous eye for detail and an ability to work to deadlines; someone who is conscientious, flexible, organised and communicates well at all levels.
