GROUP HEAD OF DIGITAL MARKETING
Location: Central London
Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Group Head of Digital Marketing to lead its global digital marketing strategy and operating plan – ensuring seamless activation across Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC).
As a senior member of the central support MAC team in our London headquarters location, we are looking for someone to develop and deliver the global digital MAC strategy across our growing family of 56 schools. The appointed Group Head of Digital Marketing will, in conjunction with a talented team of digital specialists, lead the development and implementation of the global strategy to demonstrate leadership at every stage of the online Parent Experience Journey.
We seek a talented and experienced, global digital marketing leader with an affinity for education to accelerate the great work achieved to date and take a strategic lead in the following key areas, but not limited to:
Lead the development and execution of our paid digital media strategy, establishing clear standards and measures of success for each channel across the online parent experience journey
Lead the development and maintenance of our global and school websites, ensuring group wide consistency in quality and the highest standards of SEO, delivering best practice to regional teams.
Lead the global roll out of our new CRM system across our family of schools and lead the development and launch of successive releases in pilot schools.
Lead a new global project to develop and launch a best-in-class Parent Portal together with the re-design of our websites and CMS migration.
Work with the regions to develop best practice for schools to grow and nourish their online communities, establishing a global strategy for the NAE brand.
Oversee our marketing analytics capability driving insights from data and action from insights across the organisation.
Lead the development, implementation and review of annual digital plans based on (Google Analytics, AdWords and Social) data and analysis.
Lead the development and oversee implementation of appropriate digital tools to support communication with prospective and current parents in our schools.
The Successful Candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Hands on digital marketing experience with several years in leadership roles.
- Extensive experience executing digital marketing (PPC, SEO, social media) with particular emphasis on website development, Google AdWords and analytics.
- Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
- Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
- Strong leadership skills with gravitas that can be accepted by senior leaders in the group.
