About the role
The British International School of Kuala Lumpur seeks a creative, friendly and highly-organized Admissions Assistant. Reporting to the Admissions Manager, you will manage key administrative tasks in the Parent Experience Journey (PEJ). You will be a key point of contact for families, the admissions team and the academic team.

- 100% pass rate on A-levels and 77% of all grades achieved were A*, A, or B in 2020.
- Previous university placements include Oxford University, St. Andrew’s University, University College London, London School of Economics, King’s College London, Imperial College, Durham University, and University of Edinburgh.
You will be organized and hard-working, with the ability to switch quickly between tasks. You’ll also be friendly and approachable and contribute to building a warm and welcoming community. You should be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Malaysia. Applicants must be prepared to undergo stringent child protection screening, including references checks with past employers, and an enhanced Police Check (COGC-Malaysia ).
