CAMPING LEADER for our Summer Camp

From 26th June to 29th July 2023

At Beau Soleil, our Summer Camp is huge fun! We welcome children aged 7 to 17 from around the world to an exceptional environment where they are challenged, encouraged and supported through a wide range of activities and experiences. Beau Soleil Summer Camp is the experience of a lifetime where international friendships are born and participant’s self-confidence is developed. Key to our success are the people we employ!



We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Camping Leader to join our Summer Camp team. As a Camping Leader, you will be responsible for planning and organizing all camping activities for our campers throughout the month of July. You will need to be knowledgeable about camping and the outdoors, and have experience in leading group activities for children to create memorable experiences in the great outdoors.

Your responsabilities

  • Develop and implement a schedule of activities that are safe, fun and engaging for campers.
  • Plan, organize and guide all outdoor camping activities for campers.
  • Ensure that all camping activities are age-appropriate and suitable for the skill levels of the campers.
  • Ensure that all camping equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
  • Manage a team of monitors to help with camping activities.

Your profile: 

  • Minimum of 22 years old
  • Experience in managing a camping site
  • Experience as a camp staff member
  • Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Enjoy working with children from 7 to 17 years old
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong resistance to stress and ability to work long hours
  • Fluent in English and French, knowledge of any other language is an asset
  • Experience in a multi-cultural environment
  • Motivated, energetic and innovative
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Hold driving license and valid First Aid certificate
