YOUR PROFIL

As an Admissions Officer, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the process of applying to our school. Your strong communication skills enable you to explain in a clear and concise manner our academic programmes, extracurricular activities, and life in our boarding school. If you are dedicated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
You will also be involved in the school’s outreach and recruitment efforts. You will travel internationally and meet with prospective families and educational consultants to promote the school and its unique offerings.


As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse student body and help them navigate the application process and any other concerns they may have. You will play a vital role in finding the right students for the school and helping them succeed.


In addition, you have a positive attitude and are interested in building the scope of your role to collaborate with the academic and boarding departments, to ensure a smooth integration of our new students and to provide support in preparing different events such as parent-teacher meetings, arrival days or the annual graduation celebrations.


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all enquiries from prospective families, coordinate and manage the school visits, as well as all the aspects of the application process
  • Maintain connections with prospective parents and educational agents to move them through the Parent Experience Journey: Awareness, Consideration, Purchase, Advocacy
  • Assist in ensuring a smooth start for students, by liaising with boarding and academic teams
  • Support the preparations of parent events and welcoming families to the school
  • Maintain an up-to-date database with all key information for prospective and current parents
  • Promote Beau Soleil at events around the world


EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Fluent in French and English, additional languages are an asset
  • Excellent IT skills and experience in working with CRM systems


EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
