Every summer, we welcome children aged 7-17 into our exceptional environment for 2 to 5 weeks. Our worldleading summer camps are packed full of fun! Our campers are challenged, encouraged, and supported through a wide range of activities, experiences, and engaging language lessons, to create the perfect summer. Our camp philosophy promotes the growth of international friendships and helps the children to grow in confidence.

Our summer camp is closely tied to the values of Beau Soleil. YOUR PROFILE

Are you an experienced Summer Camp Manager motivated to share your enthusiasm and creativity to develop the annual Beau Soleil Summer Camp? With previous experience in a camp setting and team management, you have strong organisational and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

You have a passion for education and you’re adaptable and able to work under pressure while ensuring that passion and fun are at the core of the camper’s experience.

Your ability to build relationships with people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds allows you to build rapport with campers and their families, creating a sense of trust and security. Within the school community, this will allow you to build strong working relationships with other team members.


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment of campers to meet annual admission targets
  • Planning and creation of summer camp programme in line with the approved budget
  • Communication and follow-up with campers​​​​​​​ and agencies
  • Recruitment, training, and management of summer camp staff
  • Assure risk assessments and standard operating procedures are in line with camp operations
  • Overall set up, running and shutdown of summer camp
  • Annual review and ongoing adaption of summer camp programme


EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Bilingual in English and French


EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years in summer camp management or similar role
  • Proven ability to provide leadership, motivation and supervision of a team
  • Previous experience working with children and young people
