As a Graphic Designer at Beau Soleil, you will be responsible for developing and ensuring the school’s visual identity and its consistency across the school campus and through all marketing materials (including print and digital adaptations). You will take responsibility for creating and  implementing guidelines that are userfriendly and will support the Beau Soleil community in aligning with new elements of the school branding.

Your creativity, as well as your attention to detail, will make a significant contribution to provide highquality work, that will deeply represent our School and its values. As a member of the marketing team, you are keen to support other marketing tasks, when necessary, in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and the Content Creator.


  • Develop the overall Beau Soleil Brand experience by creating and adapting digital and physical design elements, while ensuring the visual positioning of the school has been captured and aligned in all materials and communication
  • Be the guardian of Beau Soleil Brand visual identity through monitoring, creation and updating of the brand guidelines
  • Work with the marketing manager to ensure visual consistency across campus e.g. posters, wall banners, academic boards, digital signage
  • Collaborate with the School Shop to ensure the correct placement of logos, colour pallets etc. and assist external suppliers with merchandise design when required
  • Design of printed and digital materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements, academic branding, signage, gifts, materials, annual school yearbook, etc
  • Support the content creator with editing videos/ pictures and archiving in our visual database system


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing or a related field
  • Excellent graphic design skills; Fluency in Adobe Creative suite; InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat etc.
  • Video editing capabilities are a plus
  • Bilingual French & English with excellent writing skills


  • 2 years of experience in Graphic Design or other relevant sectors
  • Previous experience in developing a brand’s visual identity


  • A creative, solution-orientated team player with a positive personality
  • Strong awareness of brand development; branding, image and style; an understanding of what influences international high-end customers
    and persuades such families to choose a school for their child

  • Attention to detail
  • Organized, adaptable and collaborative individual
  • Excellent communication skills
