YOUR PROFILE

As an IT Service Technician, you are part of the IT team at Collège Alpin Beau Soleil. You collaborate with the IT Supervisor to provide an efficient and quality IT service on the campus. Teamwork makes you strong, you are an energetic and positive person. Your experience in similar positions and your organization allow you to work independently. You will mainly manage the administration of our school information software, iSAMS, but also other software. You will assist teachers and students in and out of the classroom on several projects. Helpful, you will provide daily technical assistance to our students and teachers in the use of the school's software and hardware. Depending on the projects developed on the campus, you will be required to collaborate with the IT Supervisor on the installation and maintenance of the network and servers.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1st and 2nd level technical assistance in the use of school hardware and software
• 3rd level support and coordination in collaboration with the IT Supervisor, monitoring and maintenance of the campus network
• Assistance in the use and maintenance of students' and teachers' personal equipment
• Support for teachers and students inside and outside the classroom
• Administration of the school information software (iSAMS), management of user accounts, management of the email box and other school software
• Inventory, maintenance, and distribution of equipment (phones, laptops)
• Maintenance and support for the use of college printers

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

               Experience

• CFC in information technology or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• French as a mother tongue, with good knowledge of English
