About the role
Applications are invited from enthusiastic, well qualified and experienced leaders for the above position.
This person, in the role will play a crucial part in the development of the Primary School. The school’s current development priorities include; improving our assessment procedures and our measurement of student progress, enhancing an already well established PSHE programme and further developing the school curriculum to ensure that the school becomes one of the best schools in the region.
The leadership areas of this post will depend on the applicant's strengths and experience and you will need to demonstrate a passions for whole school improvement and a have a proven track record of taking the initiative to significantly improve the academic, physical, social or emotional development of students in the schools you have worked in.
Able to drive excellence by valuing and developing others, you will be a qualified teacher with extensive experience of both hands-on teaching and management in education. This means you will be fully up to date with curriculum developments. Strong on leadership and people management, you will have a flair for setting and meeting challenging performance targets.
Able to work with a high degree of cultural sensitivity in our changing and fast-paced international environment, you will have the ability to use a range of communication strategies and channels. Your strong commercial, financial, market and organisational awareness will enable you to devise effective solutions to complex business challenges.
A strong ambassador for the school, you will be able to develop new ways to engage students and parents with the wider school and Nord Anglia Education community. You will also have, full QTS status and a relevant degree.
